To bid, you must create an account and register for the specific auction at least 24 hours prior to the start time. We require a valid government-issued ID and a proof of address. For high-value lots, a bank reference or bidding deposit may be required to comply with EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Aurelia Fine Arts charges a standard Buyer's Premium on the hammer price. The premium is 25% on the first €500,000, 20% from €500,001 to €5,000,000, and 14.5% on any amount above €5,000,000. These rates are inclusive of local VAT on the margin scheme where applicable.
Absolutely. Comprehensive condition reports, accompanied by high-resolution detail photographs, are available for all lots. We strongly encourage prospective buyers to request these reports or schedule a private viewing at our Berlin gallery prior to bidding.
Upon successful payment, our logistics team will provide custom shipping quotes via our trusted fine art transport partners. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, transit insurance, and any import duties or local taxes applicable in the destination country outside the EU.
